You and your tutor, once matched, will discuss an optimal tutoring plan for your child. This may mean meeting at our central-Bozeman office space, in your home, or in a convenient public location.
Most families prefer to meet with their tutor once a week for an hour, but more or less is fine depending on your needs.

After submitting the intake form on the “make an appointment” tab, we will make contact via your preferred communication method. We will inquire more specifically about your child’s needs and your concerns as a parent. This intake phone call typically takes 10-20 minutes. After that, you will be matched with an independent tutor who will then contact you to schedule your first appointment.

After you’ve completed your intake documents, you will be connected with your tutor; they will also receive a copy of your intake information form. You’ll hear from your tutor by your preferred communication method, at which time, they will schedule the first meeting with you. Typically, tutors and parents prefer to set a weekly appointment time that works for all involved parties. Any scheduling needs or conflicts are handled between independent tutor and client directly.

We are flexible on session location. Our tutoring center is always available for sessions; it's located at 113 S 19th Ave Suite C, Bozeman, MT. We are also happy to meet at the library, a coffee shop, or the MSU campus. For K-8 students, we are also happy to consider requests for at-home tutoring, so long as a parent is present.

We are located in Central Bozeman, on S 19th just south of Main St. We are in between W Olive Street and Babcock Street, on the west side of the road. Our office is a blue building, converted from a house to office suites. To access our office, you must enter through the alley. You can only find us through the rear (alley side door). The door on S 19th leads to another office. We are the only office upstairs.

Our tutoring services focus on studying practiced tests that are published in “The Official ACT Prep Guide”, available on Amazon.
To start, students complete one full length practice tests from the book. We then analyze their results to make a custom study plan.
We don’t make students practice what they have already mastered. Our goal is to be transparent and flexible with pricing, so we will only work on topics that have been proven to need improvement.
We look at their test and determine which topics from the English and math session they need to review. We’ll go topic by topic and move on only when the student has exhibited mastery of a subtopic.
For reading and science, those tests aren’t testing how well a student remember the material from school, those are primarily based on test taking strategy, which we typically can teach them in one to two sessions.
