Callie’s mission for BST is to gain visibility as a high-quality, accessible community resource for anyone and everyone who needs it in the Gallatin Valley. Early on in her college years, Callie realized the need for effective tutoring resources in Bozeman and began developing plans for BST. She’s spent the last 9 years slowly preparing to expand service offerings and create a network amongst youth development organizations and professionals throughout Bozeman.
She was drawn to this work because of her passion for helping others, mentorship, and her belief in the value of students' academic experiences. She earned a business degree from MSU’s Jake Jabs College of Business where she was an Honor’s student. Since then, she has personally mentored over 250 students and has developed a complex understanding of the teen experience both in and out of school. Along with a team of experienced academic mentors and educators, she is excited to continue supporting young people throughout Bozeman.I specialize in supporting high school students who need a full academic overhaul. I teach study skills, organizational tactics, time management, personal accountability and advocacy, and long-term orientation.

There is something deeply rewarding about guiding students through these difficult courses. I firmly believe that any student is capable of mastering any topic. I always seek to make the subject matter meaningful to the student. Every student is different, requiring a different approach. I am an expert at adapting my teaching to fit a student’s learning style.
